MFW06 is a new type of material developed by our company for seamless steel pipe mill production line, and the hardness is HSD80~83. The material under the heat load has good abrasion resistance and impact resistance, so the product has these characteristics and no spall phenomenon in the rolling process. It can be processed using CNC lathe, with high processing efficiency and low cost. In the rolling process, the pass type is almost unchanged, which can effectively control the steel pipe size. The surface quality of the steel pipe is good, and its average steel quantity can reach to 3~5 times of ductile iron, thus can effectively improve the rolling mill continuous operation time
