MFW05 is a new type of material developed by our company for KOCKS mill bar production line, and the hardness is HSD84~89. The roll ring has good abrasion resistance and impact resistance under the heat load, so the product has these characteeristics and no spall phenomenon in the rolling process. It can be processed using CNC lathe, with high processing efficiency and low cost. The steel quantity can reasch the cemented carbide roll rings’s 70%~80%, and the price is less than 50% lower than the cemented carbide roll collar.
