For the machining of precision parts, some parts can achieve the machining effect of turning instead of grinding, and the roughness can reach Ra0.2.
1>The headstock adopts programmable hydraulic automatic two/four-speed gearbox with stepless speed change within the gear.

2>The turret adopts multi-station servo turret, which has high processing stability.

3>The tailstock adopts programmable control, and the tightening pressure of the tailstock is adjustable.

4>Models with a processing stroke of 2000mm or less are protected by a fully enclosed enclosure, and the rest are protected by a semi-enclosed enclosure, which has good waterproof and dustproof performance.

Standard configuration: Fanuc system, gear drive spindle box, hydraulic hollow chuck, hydraulic tailstock, automatic chip conveyor, etc.
